One Piece 1068 : Who is the Mysterious Figure in Egghead?

The clues regarding the latest chapter of the One Piece manga series explain a mysterious figure that appears on Egghead Island. However, who is this mysterious figure? Chapter 1067 of the One Piece manga again presents interesting information about several things. For example, the first is that we finally know that Vegapunk is the user of the Nomi Nomi no Mi devil fruit.

Then, Vegapunk also asked Luffy to take him away from Egghead Island for a reason that is still mysterious.
