Geeks may be familiar with the name of this technique. Indeed, the Bari Bari no Pistol technique is inherited from Luffy's classic Gomu Gomu no Pistol technique. Hakoku Sovereignty

Hakoku Sovereignty is a mainstay technique of the giant tribes on the island of Elbaf. This is a powerful technique that has great destructive power.
