Captain America 4, or officially titled Captain America: New World Order, is an upcoming Phase 5 MCU film that will focus on the character of Sam Wilson. After last being seen as the new Captain America in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the character from Anthony Mackie is confirmed to be back in action while donning his vibranium wings and shield. Interestingly, based on leaked photos from the filming location of Captain America 4, it was revealed that he will be wearing a new costume.

Now that the production process for the film Captain America 4 is underway, it's not surprising that recently there have been many photos from the shooting location circulating on social media. Previously, maybe you've seen the first look of actor Harrison Ford as the new cast of Thunderbolt Ross, then Liv Tyler, who is reprising his role as Betty Ross, and also Tim Blake Nelson as the main villain Samuel Sterns aka Leader. Now, through a series of slightly blurry photos, we can see what Sam Wilson and a new villain will look like in the film.



These two leaked photos from the filming location of Captain America 4 were first shared by Christopher Uquendo's Twitter account and spread very quickly among fans. In the first photo we can see the appearance of actor Anthony Mackie who is smiling broadly while wearing the new Captain America costume. In addition to the goggles that have become his character's trademark, Mackie is also seen wearing a costume that at first glance looks like Steve Rogers's in the film Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Then in the second photo we can see WWE star Seth 'Freakin' Rollins who was previously rumored to be playing one of the new MCU villains in the upcoming Captain America 4 film. Even though his role has not been officially announced, many fans have speculated that the character that Rollins will play later has something to do with the supervillain Serpent Society team whose members have a snake theme.

To find out more about Sam Wilson's reason for wearing the new costume and also who is the character played by Seth Rollins, it looks like we have to wait for further developments. What is clear from the leaked photos of Captain America 4 is that we can see that so far the production process is going quite well. And if all goes well, the film itself will start showing in theaters around the world on May 3, 2024.
