Roxxon Company Will Be Present in Captain America 4, Who Are They?

Captain America: New World Order, or Captain America 4 as it is often called, is an upcoming Phase 5 MCU film that will focus on the character of Sam Wilson. As All-New Captain America, Sam will later deal with other iconic characters, such as Joaquin Torres' new Falcon, Thunderbolt Ross, and supervillain Samuel Stern aka Leader. Interestingly, based on the latest leaked photos, the film Captain America 4 will also present an easter egg from Marvel's most corrupt company, Roxxon Corporation.

In Marvel Comics itself, the Roxxon Corporation is a multinational energy company that was first introduced in 1974. Run and inherited by a number of characters including an evil minotaur named Dario Agger, Roxxon is often depicted as a corrupt corporation that spans various lines. Every business strategy that they do is only concerned with personal gain and often becomes disastrous for others. The same thing is likely to be adapted also in the MCU, such as Roxxon Aviacion's company in Captain America 4 later.


As you can see in the photo above (via Atlanta Filming), this leak from the Captain America 4 set shows the logo of one of Roxxon's subsidiaries. The provisional allegation that Roxxon Aviacion is an aviation service company directly sponsored by conglomerates from the corrupt company Roxxon Corporation. For now, it is still unknown how far Roxxon's role will be in Captain America's new adventure, whether it's just an easter egg or whether he will be involved in intrigue with the villains.

In fact, the appearance of the Roxxon Corporation in Captain America 4 is not the first time in the MCU. Previously, we could see the Roxxon logo at a glance in the final battle in the film Iron Man, as the sponsor of one of the Monaco F1 racers in Iron Man 2, as well as the Roxxon Norco Oil tanker which was the location for the final battle in Iron Man 3. Apart from that, the existence of the giant Roxxcart supermarket we can also feel it in Loki season 1 and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

Even though so far it has only appeared as an MCU easter egg, it is not impossible that this corrupt Marvel company will eventually play a big role in the upcoming Captain America 4 film. Maybe they will play a role in bringing about the New World Order in the MCU cinema universe. Only time can tell, especially when Captain America 4 is released on May 3, 2024.
