Where Did the Ancient Kingdom Technology Come From?

Ancient Kingdom technology is the main focus in One Piece chapter 1065. In the chapter, Oda tries to present a little picture of what happened in the past, and also about the Ancient Kingdom. As we know, the Ancient Kingdom was the largest kingdom 800 years ago and has an important role in the history of One Piece.

However, until now there is still not much information that we know about the Ancient Kingdom. For example, we still don't know what the kingdom was like, who inhabited the kingdom, and so on.
