These 5 Characters Will Appear in the MCU TV Series "Secret Invation"!

The Secret Invasion series is Marvel Studios' newest project that will air on Disney Plus and the series itself will introduce a variety of new characters. After opening with the film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the next project from Marvel Studios is the Secret Invasion series. Airing on Disney Plus, Secret Invasion focuses on the adventures of Nick Fury.

Nick and his allies try to prevent a massive invasion by the Skrulls to earth. The series itself is predicted to present a much more serious and gripping story tone. And this is also a moment for fans to see again the action of Nick Fury after a long absence. Apart from presenting old characters, Secret Invasion also presents new characters. Anyone?

Gravic

The new character that will appear in the first Secret Invasion is Gravik. Gravik's character is known to be different from what is presented by the Skrull nation that appears in the MCU. If the majority of the Skrull people want to live in peace without any war, then Gravik is different. He is one of the Skrull nation who has radical thoughts. In fact, he is the leader of the radical Skrull nation.


Gravik always tries to dominate the earth. He wants to steal all the resources on earth for his own benefit. As shown in the trailer, Gravik has tremendous power which is the same level as Super Skrulls. This is of course a challenge for Nick and Talos to beat Gravik.

G'iah

Actually, the character of G'iah is not entirely new. He appeared as a cameo in Captain Marvel when Talos talked to him and his mother. G'iah is the daughter of Talos who has grown up in the Secret Invasion series. Unfortunately, G'iah has completely changed into a terrible figure. He actually became an enemy to the inhabitants of the earth.


This change was because, according to G'iah, the inhabitants of the earth were not able to fully accept and help the Skrull refugees when they moved to earth. The character that will be played by Emilia Clarke is truly another big threat to the earth besides Gravik. And he did not hesitate to fight against his own people for the realization of goals in him.

Sonya Falsworth

Another new character that will appear in the Secret Invasion series is Sona Falsworth. Sonya Falsworth herself is an interesting character, because in the comic itself there is no Sonya Falsworth character. Because she doesn't appear in the comics, Sonya is also not involved or doesn't appear in the Secret Invasion story. Nonetheless, Sonya has an interesting connection in that she is likely a descendant of James Falsworth.


James Falsworth himself was a member of the British troops who joined Howling Commandos along with Steve Rogers. James is also the figure behind the Union Jack mask. Sonya herself is known to have a close relationship with Nick Fury, where she always provides intelligence information to Nick. It will be interesting to see Sonya's role in the series.

President Ritson


Actor Dermot Mulnorey has been tapped to fill the role of the American president in the MCU, namely Ritson. Dermot is the third actor to play the president in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Previously, fans were also introduced to the character president Matthew Ellis who appeared in Iron Man 3. According to available information, President Ritson's appearance in the Secret Invasion series was only brief. The reason is, Harrison Ford will play General Thaddeus Ross who is the president of America in the story Captain America: New World Order.

Priscilla Fury


Charlayne Woodard has also been confirmed to join the other cast members in the Secret Invasion series in September 2002. Unfortunately, the role of Woodard himself is still unknown. Even so, rumors that are widely mentioned among fans of the actor Woodard will play the character Priscilla Fury who is the wife of Nick Fury. It is also rumored that Priscilla Fury is a member of SWORD.

The emergence of these new characters in the Secret Invasion series can certainly pave the way for future MCU storylines.
